Chicken Cheese Quesadilla

1 tortilla

Cooked chicken (leftover or pre-cooked)

Shredded cheese

Optional: salsa, hot sauce, spinach, or leftover veggies

Heat a pan over medium heat.

Place tortilla in the pan.

Sprinkle cheese on one half.

Add chicken and any extras.

Fold the tortilla in half.

Cook 2β3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

Let cool for a minute, then slice.

If you donβt want to use a pan, microwave it for about 1β2 minutes β it wonβt be crispy, but itβll still taste good.

Creamy Garlic Chicken Pasta (15 minutes)
π Ingredients

Pasta (any kind)
-
Cooked chicken (grilled or leftover)

1β2 cloves garlic (or garlic powder)
-
Butter or olive oil
-
Splash of milk or a spoon of cream cheese

Salt & pepper
-
Optional: spinach, parmesan, red pepper flakes
π¨βπ³ Instructions

Boil pasta according to the box. Save a little pasta water before draining.

In a pan, heat butter or olive oil.

Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds (donβt burn it).

Add chicken and heat through.

Stir in a splash of milk (or cream cheese) plus a little pasta water to make it creamy.

Add drained pasta and mix everything together.

Season with salt, pepper, and parmesan if you have it.

Add spinach at the end and let it wilt.

Throw in red pepper flakes if you like heat.

Squeeze a little lemon on top if you have it.

Buffalo Chicken Wrap (5β7 minutes)

Wrap or tortilla

Cooked chicken

Buffalo sauce (or hot sauce)

Ranch or blue cheese (optional but elite)

Lettuce or spinach

Shredded cheese (optional)

Heat the chicken in a pan or microwave.

Toss it in buffalo sauce until coated.

Lay out your wrap.

Add lettuce/spinach, buffalo chicken, cheese, and drizzle ranch.

Roll it tight like a burrito.

(Optional) Toast it in a pan for 1β2 minutes per side to crisp it up.
